Rates  2023-2024
1. Low season

During Low season our room rates are between Euros 50.00 and Euros 86.00 for a single or a double room. 

• To the rooms Mini Suite Casablanca and Suite La Kahana, an extra bed for one person can be added at a cost of Euros 22.00 per night/including breakfast.
• Our prices are per room per night for max 2 persons in a double room and one person in a single room. Max. 1 child per room. Up to completed 3 years of age,  for free. Older, the adult rate is valid. 
• Included in our rates is breakfast. Should a guest not wish to have breakfast, on request  the price will be reduced by Euros 5.00 per person.
• Sales tax is included in our rates. 
• N o t  included in our rates is the tourist tax, Euros 2.50  per person/night.

​​​​​2. High season 2023 - 2024

During high season our room rates per night (room) are between Euros 71.00 to Euros 111.00 for a single  or a double room.

• To the roomsMini Suite Casablanca and Suite La Kahana, an extra bed for one person can be added at a cost of Euros 25.00 per night/inciuding breakfast.
• Our prices are per room/ night for max 2 persons in a double room and one person in a single room. 
  Max. 1 child per room. Up to completed 3 years of age,  for free. Older, the adult rate is valid. 
• Included in our rates is breakfast. Should a guest not wish to have breakfast,  the price will be reduced by Euros 5.00 per person.
• Sales tax is included in our rates. 
• N o t  included in our rates is the tourist tax, Euros 2.50  per person/night.

​​3. General conditions

• During low season reservations can be cancelled not later than 24h before arrival date without extra charge.
• During high season reservations can be cancelled not later than 6 days befor arrival date without extra charge.
• Your invoice has to be paid at arrival in cash (Euros or Dirhams).
