1. Low season

During Low season our room rates are between Euros 50.00 and Euros 86.00 for a single or a double room.

• To the rooms Junior Mini Suite Berber, Mini Suite Casablanca, Suite La Kahana, an extra bed for one person can be added at a cost of Euros 22.00 per night/including breakfast.
• Our prices are for the room per night for max 2 persons in a double room and one person in a single room.
• Included in our rates is breakfast. Should a guest not wish to have breakfast on request  the price can be reduced.
• Sales tax is included in our rates. 
• N o t  included in our rates is the tourist tax, Euros 2.50  per person/night.

23.12.23 - 10.3.24       /      10.04.24 - 30.06.24         /      01.09.24 - 10.11.24

During high season our room rates per night are between Euros 71.00 to Euros 102.00 for a single  or a double room (per room).

• To the rooms Mini Suite Casablanca and Suite La Kahana, an extra bed for one person can be added at a cost of Euros 25.00 per night/inciuding breakfast.
• Our rates are per room /per night for max. 2 persons in a double room and one person in a single room.
• Included in our rates is breakfast. Should a guest not wish to have breakfast on request  the price is reduced by Euros 5.00 per person.
• Sales tax is included in our rates. 
• N o t  included in our rates is the tourist tax, Euros 2.50  per person/night.

​​3. General conditions

• During low season reservations can be cancelled 24h before arrival date without extra charge.
• During high season reservations can be cancelled 6 days befor arrival date without extra charge.
• Your invoice concerning the room rates has to be paid at arrival in cash in Euros or Dirhams.
